PMagency is delighted to be working with a well-established UK-based exhibition and events specialist delivering complex, high-profile exhibition stands and live environments across the UK and internationally. The role is based at the company’s Northampton headquarters and involves regular national and overseas travel to support project delivery.
This Project Manager role focuses on managing exhibition projects from sales handover through to on-site delivery and client sign-off. Working alongside aftersales and design teams, the role takes ownership once concepts are developed, ensuring projects are technically coordinated, accurately documented and delivered to programme. Reporting into senior operational leadership, the position combines project management with hands-on technical coordination, including AutoCAD-based layouts, electrical planning, supplier liaison and site management.
- Manage exhibition projects end to end from internal handover through to on-site delivery and post-show close-out
- Produce and coordinate AutoCAD drawings including exhibition layouts, technical details and electrical plans
- Coordinate suppliers, fabrication, show services and logistics to ensure builds are delivered safely and to specification
- Attend client meetings and site visits, overseeing installations and ensuring compliance with H&S, CDM and RAMS
Key Requirements
- Ideally, some proven experience in exhibition, events or live environment project management
- AutoCAD experience with the ability to produce and amend technical and layout drawings
- Experience managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in fast-paced delivery environments
- Confident client-facing communicator with experience attending site visits and managing stakeholders
The role is full time, based at UK headquarters with regular UK and international travel. There is clear opportunity to develop into a senior project management role as delivery responsibility and project complexity increase.
